Where is your matcha sourced from?

Our matcha is sourced from Uji, Japan, one of the most respected regions in the world for producing high-quality ceremonial matcha. We work with small family-run farms that specialize in traditional cultivation methods.

What does “first harvest” mean?

First harvest matcha refers to tea leaves picked during the earliest harvest of the year, typically in the spring. These leaves produce a matcha with a smoother texture, vibrant color, and naturally balanced flavor.

Is your matcha ceremonial grade?

Yes. Our matcha is ceremonial grade, meaning it is intended to be enjoyed on its own with water rather than mixed with milk or sweeteners.

How should I store my matcha?

To maintain freshness, store your matcha:

• In a cool, dry place
• Away from direct sunlight
• With the lid tightly sealed

For best quality, we recommend consuming within 1–2 months after opening.

How do I prepare matcha?

Add 1–2 grams of matcha powder to a bowl, whisk with warm water using a bamboo whisk, and whisk briskly until a light foam forms.
