Stone-milled into a fine powder to preserve aroma and texture.

Preparation

Origin

Sourced from small family-run farms in Uji, Kyoto — a region with over 800 years of tea cultivation history.

The tea plants are shaded before harvest to increase chlorophyll and amino acid content, resulting in a deeper green color and smoother taste.

Leaves are carefully selected and slowly stone-ground into a fine powder to preserve aroma and flavor.
